Delamina Kitchen was set up by wife and husband team, Limor & Amir, to develop restaurants and other projects inspired by Limor’s fusion eastern Mediterranean home cooking and upbringing in Tel Aviv. It continues the couple’s culinary journey, which began with a residency at Shoreditch House and followed with the launch of Delamina EAST in Shoreditch and Delamina in Marylebone.
