Cognizant Freshers Walkin || Process Executive (Non voice ) | Hyderabad Location: Cognizant office GAR Infobahn Tower 5, Ground Floor Recruitment Bay GAR Tower, Shanthinagar Rd, Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana 500075 Time and Date: 5th august to 8th August Experience: 0-2 Years About the Role: we are looking for Marketing Research Analyst to join our dynamic team, focused on extracting and organizing relevant data related to activates, Events, and topics associated with points of interest and Business, you will play a crucial in gathering insights form multiple content formats such as user review, Images and videos, aligning with defined policies and quality bench marks Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth secondary research on activities Events, and topics associated with points of interest and Business and POI’s Analysed user generated reviews, identifying actionable insights about experiences, events and common activities Refer to multi media content ( images & video ) to extract contextual activity related information Categorize information into structured formats based on policy – defined classification guidelines Identify relevant and non relevant information based on business type, service offering, and user expectations Ensure all assigned tasks are delivered within the defined SLA / TAT timelines Consistently monitor and manager individual performance metrics, striving for qualify and accuracy
