The Association for Responsible Alternatives to Workers’ Compensation (ARAWC) is dedicated to representing and advocating for responsible, competitive alternatives to traditional workers’ compensation. Dedicated to Protecting Employees Nationwide: By ensuring employees receive a full range of benefits equal to or better than existing workers’ compensation, have greater access to quality medical care through a broader network of healthcare professionals, and also have a higher level of accountability through a better understanding of the benefits they are provided. Committed to Providing Option Education and Advocacy: Through the building of coalitions, educating state policymakers, and providing strategic resources on the positive benefits of an Option to employees, employers, state governments and stakeholder groups.
