Gujarat: PM Modi inaugurates Maruti Suzuki\’s new EV plant
Gujarat, Hansalpur. Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday launched Maruti Suzuki\'s first global electric car e-Vitara from Hansalpur plant. On the same occasion, he also inaugurated the hybrid battery electrode production plant. Prime Minister Modi described the occasion as a historic step in India\'s self-reliance and green mobility. He said that this day is very special for the country, as e-Vitara is completely made in India and will be exported to more than 100 countries.
