In the current business world, in which sustainability and efficiency are paramount, the way that we operate our facilities and assets directly affects the bottom line of our business and the success of our operations. My inspiration to become an ISO 41001 Lead Implementer, and to combine it with ISO 41001 lead auditor certification, stems from a dream to transform day-to-day operations to be more efficient, sustainable, and ultimately successful. This is based on the fact that well-managed facilities are the cornerstone of any successful organization.
