The company operates two principal business segments: Engineering (fine-blanked components, stamping components and tools for two-wheelers, four-wheelers, heavy vehicles and electrical OEMs) and Home Appliances (front- and top-load washing machines, dryers, air conditioners, microwave ovens, dishwashers, modular kitchen chimneys and hobs). Promoter holding stands at 74.96%, unchanged over recent years. The company has delivered a 5-year sales CAGR of around 15% and a 5-year profit CAGR of around 17%. It reported FY25 revenue of approximately 4,942 Cr and continues to carry a moderate debt load, with borrowings reduced in the latest fiscal year. The company does not currently pay a dividend, reinvesting profits into capacity expansion across its engineering and appliances divisions.
