We specialize in designing and developing custom Single Purpose Machines (SPMs) for pressing a combination of parts with varying fit tolerances and material grades, tailored for both manual and automatic production lines. Our solutions integrate advanced technologies, including servo, servo-pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, all controlled via PLCs. These systems can be seamlessly interfaced with servers and MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) for enhanced monitoring and control. Our machines are future-ready, designed for manual operation with the flexibility to be upgraded to fully automated systems. They can be easily integrated with our XLDRs or any robotic kits for efficient loading and unloading of parts.
