Info-Tech Academy’s Generative AI Course in Singapore is a practical, beginner-friendly programme designed to help individuals and professionals apply AI tools confidently at work. Conducted over two days, the course covers ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, and DeepSeek, with hands-on training in prompt engineering, AI-powered research, content creation, presentations, data analysis, and workplace applications. No prior AI or technical knowledge is required. Through practical exercises and workplace examples, participants learn to automate repetitive tasks, create professional content, analyse information, and improve productivity using Generative AI. The course is available online and in classroom formats, with practical activities throughout the training. Upon successful completion, participants receive an Info-Tech Academy certificate and a WSQ Statement of Attainment. Eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents can receive up to 70% SkillsFuture subsidy. Additional funding support may be available through UTAP, PSEA, SFEC, and Absentee Payroll, subject to eligibility requirements.
